One photograph dropped onto a Gulab.ai canvas became an entire animated short film. Biscuit and Naiyya follows a curious girl and her loyal clay dog on a treasure hunt across enchanted forests, wobbly bridges, and misty peaks, all in warm Aardman-style claymation.

Everything happened on a single canvas: concept exploration, character-locked storyboarding, AI video animation, an original orchestral score, and even the YouTube thumbnails, each asset referencing and building on the others in one connected node graph.
